Large Touchscreen The Leon 800 comes with a large touchscreen display to easily navigate the settings and also pull your programmed shots. Steady Lock System Unique to Ceado burrs  the steady lock grinding system ensures that under any condition your coffee grinder maintains a consistent distance between the burrs. This strong Italian espresso grinder improves consistency and eliminates one variable in your quest towards the perfect espresso.  Easy Adjustable Burrs Soft to the touch, easy to turn and precise as a bezel watch divided into 3 areas: Espresso, Moka Pot and Filter. At the end of each stroke, the easy to open button is activated, which allows you to open and quickly clean the grinding chamber. 83mm Flat Burrs The size of the burrs in coffee grinders, such as the 83mm ones, is crucial for achieving high-quality coffee. These larger burrs create a consistent grind by breaking down coffee beans into uniform particles, which significantly impacts the taste of your brew. Maintaining the delicate taste of your coffee beans is essential, and larger burrs rotate at a slower pace, minimizing heat production and safeguarding the vital oils in the beans. This ensures that your espresso shot is rich in flavor and aroma. With their durable build and extended performance, larger burrs like the 83mm ones have a longer lifespan compared to smaller ones, ensuring a flavorful and predictable coffee experience. Hands Free Operations With the standard portafilter fixture, compatible with bottomless/naked models, the ground coffee can be dosed into the portafilter while leaving the barista’s hands free. Overheating Protection This Italian espresso grinder comes with thermal protection and has a induction motor which keeps the machine running reliably while also preventing overheating. Compact and Reliable Compact and efficient, the coffee grinder features a sturdy light-alloy housing, an induction motor with thermal protection, and a polycarbonate hopper. Crafted with top-quality materials for optimal reliability, it seamlessly integrates into your workspace without taking up much room. This allows for convenient on-demand coffee grinding, including decaffeinated options, alongside your main grinder. The grinder sports a durable cast steel housing, a powerful 5.5 amp motor, a convenient on/off switch, and an adjustable grinding wheel. The coffee grinder also features a convenient solid state start switch and comes with a user-friendly manual. Stepless - Infinite Grind Size Adjustment Stepless grinders differ from stepped grinders in that they do not have preset grind settings; instead, they feature a collar that you can rotate to adjust the grind size. This collar is usually marked with incremental lines or notches, providing a way to monitor the grind size.
