The grinder facilitates the barista’s work by enhancing the properties of the coffee in every cup, especially at peak times. Reliable Performance for the Everyday Café The Leon Venezia 700 is built for coffee shops that need dependable grind quality without over-investing. Ideal for low to medium-volume cafés, pop-ups, or mobile espresso carts, the 700 delivers consistent results with a smaller footprint and price tag. It’s a smart choice for operators who want commercial-grade grinding without the bulk — whether you're just starting out or need a reliable secondary grinder for decaf or single-origin espresso. 1 Year Warranty ($99+ Value) When investing in coffee equipment, peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. Large Touchscreen The Leon 700 comes with a large touchscreen display to easily navigate the settings and also pull your programmed shots. Steady Lock System Unique to Ceado burrs  the steady lock grinding system ensures that under any condition your coffee grinder maintains a consistent distance between the burrs. This strong Italian espresso grinder improves consistency and eliminates one variable in your quest towards the perfect espresso.  Easy Adjustable Burrs Soft to the touch, easy to turn and precise as a bezel watch divided into 3 areas: Espresso, Moka Pot and Filter. At the end of each stroke, the easy to open button is activated, which allows you to open and quickly clean the grinding chamber. 64mm Flat Burrs The 64mm burr size strikes a balance between being large enough to deliver consistent and precise grinding, yet not overly bulky. This makes it ideal for prosumer setups (enthusiast-level home espresso machines) and medium-volume coffee shops. These coffee grinder burrs are often unimodal, meaning they produce a narrower range of particle sizes. This is advantageous for espresso, where we aim for a tight distribution around the desired grind size. Hands Free Operations With the standard portafilter fixture, compatible with bottomless/naked models, the ground coffee can be dosed into the portafilter while leaving the barista’s hands free. Overheating Protection This Italian espresso grinder comes with thermal protection and has a induction motor which keeps the machine running reliably while also preventing overheating. Compact and Reliable Compact and efficient, the coffee grinder features a sturdy light-alloy housing, an induction motor with thermal protection, and a polycarbonate hopper. Crafted with top-quality materials for optimal reliability, it seamlessly integrates into your workspace without taking up much room. This allows for convenient on-demand coffee grinding, including decaffeinated options, alongside your main grinder. The grinder sports a durable cast steel housing, a powerful 5.5 amp motor, a convenient on/off switch, and an adjustable grinding wheel. The coffee grinder also features a convenient solid state start switch and comes with a user-friendly manual. Stepless - Infinite Grind Size Adjustment Stepless grinders differ from stepped grinders in that they do not have preset grind settings; instead, they feature a collar that you can rotate to adjust the grind size. This collar is usually marked with incremental lines or notches, providing a way to monitor the grind size.
