Lems Men's Primal 3 Zero-Drop Training Shoe - Black

The Lems Men's Primal 3 Zero-Drop Training Shoes – Black are designed for athletes and everyday movers who want a lightweight, minimalist shoe that delivers exceptional comfort, stability, and natural movement. Whether you're lifting weights, powering through cross-training workouts, walking around town, or spending long days on your feet, the Primal 3 offers the perfect combination of flexibility, ground feel, and all-day versatility. The sleek Black colorway provides a clean, understated look that pairs effortlessly with gym gear, casual outfits, and everyday essentials. Built on Lems' WIDEST Natural-Shape™ platform, the Primal 3 gives your toes the freedom to spread naturally, improving balance, stability, and comfort during every step. Unlike traditional athletic shoes that compress the forefoot, the foot-shaped design promotes natural movement while creating a stable foundation for training, walking, and daily wear. The signature zero-drop platform positions the heel and forefoot at the same height to encourage proper posture, natural alignment, and a more efficient gait. Combined with the low 9.5 mm stack height, the Primal 3 delivers excellent ground connection and stability, making it an ideal choice for weightlifting, functional fitness, and everyday movement. One of the biggest updates to the Primal 3 is its redesigned outsole, which features a wider heel and midfoot for improved ground contact and more even weight distribution. This enhanced platform increases stability without sacrificing the lightweight, flexible feel that has made the Primal series a favorite among minimalist footwear enthusiasts. The super-soft microfiber and open-weave mesh upper delivers breathable comfort while flexing naturally with your foot. Constructed entirely from 100% vegan materials, the upper keeps feet cool during workouts and provides lasting durability for everyday use. Underfoot, the Injection Blown Rubber (IBR) outsole offers lightweight flexibility, dependable traction, and natural foot movement without unnecessary bulk. The minimalist construction allows your feet to move freely while maintaining the durability needed for daily training and casual wear. Inside, the removable Minimal Cork Insole provides lightweight cushioning while helping regulate temperature for lasting comfort with or without socks. Removing the insole also allows for increased interior volume or greater ground feel, giving you the flexibility to customize the fit. Weighing approximately 8.6 ounces (Men's Size 10), the Primal 3 remains incredibly lightweight while offering the stability and durability needed for everything from gym sessions to everyday adventures. Whether you're training, traveling, walking, or simply looking for a comfortable minimalist shoe, the Lems Primal 3 delivers natural comfort, dependable performance, and versatile everyday style.
