Lemon Chiffon - Candied Lemon · Panna Cotta · Vanilla The scent of happiness. Smells Like: Bright + Creamy + Cloudlike This is not your dense pound cake. Put down the butter. Lemon Chiffon wears a petticoat – light, airy, almost floating. It opens with a bright whisper of candied lemon, no sharp edges, just sunshine in a cloud. Then comes a creamy heart of panna cotta with a delicate orange blossom lift and a warm rum glow – like the best Limoncello you’ve ever had. And the base? A dusting of soft vanilla that melts into your skin. It's the lemon cake you eat with pinkies up, on a spring morning, with nobody rushing you. Your Lemon Pound Cake is for cold days and cozy blankets. This one is for laughing outside, for feeling pretty, for no reason at all except happiness.
