Lemon Oil Flavoring

Super Strength Lemon Oil Flavoring A typical 5-6 gallon batch uses 1-2 drams (0.125-0.25 oz), depending on the flavor and desired intensity. Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Flavor Profile and Beverage IdeasLemon Oil is concentrated and zest-forward, with fresh peel aroma and a clean citrus bite. Use it sparingly in saison, witbier, pale ale, hard cider, mead, white wine, hard seltzer, or Ranch Water. It also works well in sparkling water. Ginger, blueberry, raspberry, honey, lavender, and vanilla complement the sharp citrus. In a dry base, Lemon Oil will read sharper; a little residual sweetness will make the aroma and finish feel fuller. See our full offering of LorAnn Flavorings here.
