Lemon Joy

This refreshing cookie starts with an Italian wedding-like base (almond flavor cookie) with lemon KitKats, white chocolate chips, lemon Oreos and homemade sugar cookie chunks mixed throughout the dough. It’s then stuffed with a homemade Swiss meringue vanilla-lemon buttercream filling! Covered in an iced glaze and sprinkles with gold sprinkles! 🍋😋⁣ ⁣ This baby has the 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 amount of lemon that it’s not citric at all yet still lemony in all the right ways!   All cookies are made in the same kitchen that holds and processes: Peanuts, Tree-nuts, Meats, Dairy Products, & Sea food.
