Cold Hollow | Lemon Hibiscus Cake

Some cakes just feel like sunshine. Our lemon cake is made from scratch using real lemon and soaked in a vibrant hibiscus syrup, baked to a soft, tender crumb that holds up beautifully to every slice. Layered inside is a ginger cream cheese filling that brings a warm, spiced bite, balancing the bright citrus tang and keeping every bite feeling fresh rather than heavy. It is the kind of cake that works for any occasion without trying too hard. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bringing something to a gathering, or just treating yourself, this one is a vibrant, wholehearted crowd-pleaser. Made fresh to order at Cold Hollow Bakery, because a cake this simple deserves to be done right. Pairs beautifully with a pot of hibiscus or ginger tea or a glass of cold milk. The lemon and hibiscus notes also make it a natural match for a light prosecco or sparkling wine at a celebration.
