Lemon Peel Granules

Lemon Peel: When Life Gives Us Lemons, We Get Fancy “When life gives us lemons, we peel them”—and boy, do we make it delicious! Our lemon peel comes from the outer yellow layer of the lemon, bringing you that slightly sweet, fruity zing that screams sunshine. Just a heads-up: the white layer underneath adds a touch of bitterness, so you can expect a little attitude along with your zest. Use this vibrant ingredient in desserts like cakes and pies, because who doesn’t want to add a citrusy twist to their sweets? Or, mix it with sugar and dried lavender to steep an amazing lavender lemonade that’ll have your guests feeling all zen and fancy. And let’s be real, if you’re in the mood to party, toss in some vodka—because nothing says “I’m having fun” like a little liquid courage!
