Le Metier, Short-Sleeve Work Shirt - Natural

mé·tier (n.)   Any activity that is pursued as a trade or profession; a calling. An activity to which a person is particularly suited; a forte. Our hemp work shirts are born out the same thoughtful design and sustainable ethos as our aprons. It came to me in 2014 while I was standing in front of a hot double deck pizza oven, cranked up to 11. I wanted something to wear that could look as formal as a traditional chef coat but would also be as thin and comfortable as a dishwasher shirt. Sustainable Materials: Crafted from a certified biodegradable blend of 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton, grown without harmful chemicals to protect the environment and farmworkers. Functional Details: Features a mandarin collar, hidden front placket with corozo buttons, left chest and sleeve pen pocket, reinforced back yoke with side pleats for extra mobility and comfort, whether on the clock or off.  Unique Craftsmanship: Pre-washed for a lived-in feel, with reinforced bartacks that add personality and strength. Subtle variations in color and texture make each shirt one-of-a-kind. Sizing & Fit Unisex sizing for a relaxed fit. Male model is 5'11" wearing size L.
