Leg Cords

If you've ever spent half a squat set yanking a glute band back up your thighs, you already know the problem. Fabric and rubber loops roll. They slide. They pinch. Leg Cords don't, because they don't sit on your thighs at all. A Leg Cord attaches at the ankle with an extra-large velcro strap that fits every ankle size. The resistance works from down low, where it belongs. As it's anchored at your ankle, it physically can't ride up or slide down. Through lunges, squats, lateral band walks, kickbacks, hip abductions, fire hydrants, and jumping jacks, it stays exactly where you put it. PROGRESSIVE, COLOUR-CODED TENSION. Five levels run from Yellow (very light, 3–8 lbs / 1.4–3.6 kg) up through Black Sniper (extreme, 42-62 lbs / 19.1-28.1 kgs) — the load builds smoothly as the cord stretches, so you're actually progressing instead of buying loop after loop that all feel about the same. One glance at the tension chart tells you exactly which colour you need. HIT THE MUSCLES MOST BANDS MISS. Leg Cords are built to target the inner and outer thighs, front and rear glutes — the stabilisers that carry over directly to running, sport, and daily life. Train them standing: lateral band walks, side kicks, donkey kicks, glute kickbacks, hip abductions. Train them on the ground: clamshells, fire hydrants, lying leg raises. Add them to squats and lunges for resistance that doesn't quit at the bottom of the rep. SMOOTH STRAPS. NO DRAMA. No skin pinching. No leg-hair waxing mid-set. Just smooth, heavy-duty tubing that holds up to daily training without babying. NOT SURE WHERE TO START? The Yellow + Green bundle is the perfect entry point. Yellow for warm-ups and footwork drills, Green for regular training. Together they cover everything from activation work to full-resistance lower body sessions. Step up to the full 5-pack to get the complete tension range and progress all the way to Black Sniper when you're ready. Want to round out your lower body setup? The Glute Loop handles thigh and hip activation work when you want a traditional loop band that stays put. The Soft Glute Bench pairs perfectly for hip thrusts and floor work. And if you're training with The Human Trainer Bodyweight Suspension System or Ripcords, Leg Cords round out the full ankle-to-shoulder resistance system — everything in one bag. Every Leg Cord is backed by a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY and a 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE for home use. Need a replacement within 90 days? We cover it — product and shipping. After 90 days, pay shipping only. 90 day warranty coverage for commercial use. Train hard. We've got the rest.
