Leather Patch Custom Logo Hat - FlexFit

Introducing our custom-made leather patch hats, meticulously crafted from premium 100% genuine leather and skillfully stitched onto the hat (for regular shapes only). To ensure unparalleled durability, we go the extra mile by sealing each patch, providing enhanced resistance against the elements. When you place your order, you can expect it to ship within 3-5 business days, once we receive the order. If your logo requires editing or additional manipulation for etching, there may be some extra time and fees involved.  Here's a simple guide on how to place your order:  Browse through our photos and choose your preferred hat color, leather color, and patch shape. Upload your logo or via using the upload link provided. While vector file formats (.eps, .svg, .ai, .cdr, .pdf) are preferable, we'll do our utmost to work with whatever file format you have available. Please note that your logo should be in black and white. Make your selections for your patch using the appropriate boxes. In the Order Notes section add any additional text or notes, and the preferred placement of the patch. ------------------------------ Custom Shape? Absolutely! We can create a custom shape that matches the outline of your logo. Please bear in mind that these custom shapes will be heat applied rather than stitched onto the hat. Rest assured, we've extensively tested various options and selected the most durable method.  If you'd like, you can request a proof of your order in the personalization box. We'll send these proofs via Etsy messages. However, please note that any delay in proof approval may result in a revised ship date for your order.  At Sew Vivid Designs, we exclusively utilize 100% genuine vegetable-tanned leather. As a natural material, each piece of leather may vary slightly from the one before it. Rest assured, we avoid using pieces with visible scars or marks that could affect the overall aesthetics of your hat.  Experience the premium quality and uniqueness of our custom-made leather patch hats. Place your order today and showcase your personal style with confidence.
