The Leaky Gut Solution™ Protocol

Nearly 100% of my patients suffered from leaky gut syndrome.  These patients often experienced symptoms such as constipation and diarrhea, extreme bloating, terrible gas, food sensitivities that seem to come out of nowhere. That’s not all. Many had joint pain, brain fog or memory issues, rashes and mysterious skin conditions for years without knowing the cause of their health problems or how to overcome them. As is so often the case, the answer lies in the gut.  I like to think of your gut lining as a drawbridge. Tiny boats (micronutrients in food) that are meant to travel through into your bloodstream can go right under the bridge without any problem. This allows these vital micronutrients to be absorbed into your bloodstream. The problem is, certain aspects of our modern life, such as the foods we eat, environmental toxins, infections and even stress, can cause the drawbridge to go up — and stay up — allowing bigger boats to pass. Now, because of leaky gut, these larger substances — undigested food particles, toxins and infections — can pass straight through this open drawbridge into your bloodstream where they don’t belong, causing problems anywhere in your body. The Myers Way® Leaky Gut Breakthrough® Program includes everything you need to repair leaky gut and reclaim your health. SUPPLEMENTS The Leaky Gut Breakthrough® Supplement Kit includes all of the powerful, pharmaceutical-grade supplements you’ll need. All of my supplements are physician-formulated and completely free of gluten, dairy, corn, and soy. The Leaky Gut Breakthrough® Supplement Kit Leaky Gut Revive® - Leaky Gut Revive® is packed with powerful nutrients to help you rebuild your gut barrier. It includes a high concentration of L-Glutamine, which helps seal a leaky gut. It also includes aloe extract, slippery elm, and marshmallow root to restore your gut’s mucosal lining and repair damage caused by irritants and inflammation. Finally, I made sure to add deglycyrrhizinated licorice (this is different from the kind that impacts blood pressure) to soothe your gut’s lining.   Probiotic Capsules 100 Billion - When I formulated my 100 Billion strength probiotics, I chose 14 of the most important strains, and made absolutely sure that there were enough viable CFU’s (Colony Forming Units) in each capsule to support maximum digestive health and immune function. Take a look at the probiotics at your local health-food store. You’ll find that most of them don’t even come close to the potency of my Probiotic Capsules 100 Billion and their ability to restore your gut’s good bacteria. Complete Enzymes - This high-potency, multi-enzyme formulation offers an unusually complete range of plant/microbial-based enzymes. I selected these to work in concert to help maintain healthy enzyme levels that support the body’s digestive capabilities and assist intestinal repair mechanisms. The broad-spectrum combination of enzymes maximizes the breakdown, absorption, and utilization of macronutrients from the widest spectrum of foods, including proteins and protein peptides, carbohydrates, disaccharides, and sugars, lipids/fats, and vegetable fibers. Complete Enzymes can serve as an important dietary adjunct for individuals requiring maximal nutrient uptake and for those with compromised gastrointestinal function such as maldigestion, malabsorption, dysbiosis, or intestinal inflammation. The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein - Inspired by enjoying Breyers® Vanilla Ice Cream with my dad when I was just a little girl, my amazingly delicious Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein is gluten-, dairy-, and sugar-free. You can quickly and easily prepare the satisfying and delicious smoothies included in the 30-day meal plan. Even if you’ve never been a breakfast fan, you won’t want to miss out on how energized you’ll feel when you start your day with my Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein. The Leaky Gut Breakthrough® Fast-track Upgrade The Fast-Track Upgrade contains 3 additional pharmaceutical-grade, doctor-designed supplements I put together to be the perfect accompaniment to The Myers Way® Leaky Gut Breakthrough® Program. These powerhouse supplements work hard to help you repair your gut much faster so that you can experience results and symptom reversal much faster than you would without them.   Organic Greens - With a leaky gut, your body may not be getting all the nutrients from the foods you eat. That’s why I included my Organic Greens which boosts your nutrient intake. It’s rich in the superfoods and phytonutrients that are missing in our modern diets including spirulina and chlorella, which are among the richest nutrient sources on the planet. It also contains alkaline greens to support detoxification and deliver a boost of antioxidants as well as ashwagandha to promote ideal immune function and encourage stress relief. Finally, I infused it with turmeric and ginger to support inflammation balance and added Peruvian maca root for optimal mental clarity and vitality as well as hormonal health. It makes a delicious green juice just by dissolving it in water! Gut Detox Pro™ - The key first step to achieve and maintain optimal gut health—for good! Gut Detox Pro™ gets right to work—beginning the process to Remove—helping you get rid of the negative factors wreaking havoc upon the delicate balance of your gut microbiome. Liposomal Curcumin - When your gut is leaky, toxins and food particles can cause inflammation throughout your body. Not only can inflammation be uncomfortable, it’s the root cause of most chronic diseases. That’s why I included my Liposomal Curcumin in the upgrade. The micelle formula is the most bioavailable form of curcumin so your body can actually use it. It positively impacts inflammation-mediating compounds that can veer out of balance due to diet, metabolic issues, chronic illness, injuries, genetic mutations and leaky gut to restore a healthy inflammatory response. It increases the activity of antioxidants in your body so that you can eliminate various forms of free radicals that damage your gut and your entire body. Plus, it has a bright, refreshing citrus flavor that everyone loves! Can I take Paleo Protein if I’m allergic to tree nuts? My Paleo Protein contains MCT oil derived from coconuts. Scientifically speaking coconuts are not tree nuts, they are in fact fruits classified as a “drupe.” Other drupes include palm fruit, peaches, berries, plums, and apricots. However, because the FDA has lumped coconuts in a group with other tree nuts for labeling purposes, etc., I am required to list them as a potential allergen. In fact, true coconut allergy is actually extremely rare with only a few cases reported in the medical literature. If you have a diagnosed tree nut allergy, please speak with your healthcare provider before consuming any products containing coconut. Why am I receiving a Prop 65 warning on some Amy Myers MD® products? Prop 65 requires a disclaimer for supplements that contain soil-based ingredients. All of my products are 100% organic and many are plant-based or sourced from the soil. I have personally hand-selected each ingredient to ensure that you receive the highest quality ingredients available, and that they are both safe and effective.
