Leader (I Am A Leader) ~ Subliminal

I Am A Leader —Dwight D. Eisenhower defined leadership this way, “Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.” It’s often said that leaders are born, but the truth is, leadership is a skill to be developed and honed. Leaders are inspiring—they set goals, establish visions, motivate followers, and continually strive to improve their own leadership skill set. Enhance and improve your leadership skills today. Leaders are strong in character, courageous enough to take a stand and wise enough to know that leading means serving others by directing attention to the highest and best goals for the "whole." A leader listens and is attentive to the needs of others. Great leaders achieve success because they work hard. In John Maxwell’s words, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter.” Enhance and improve your leadership skills today.
