Le Plaisir

This new capsule series by Marleigh Culver draws inspiration from the introspective quiet of winter and the longing for warmth that accompanies it. Hand-drawn and digitally refined floral forms extend her ongoing visual language of curved petals and bending stems—shapes that act as reminders of the natural world just beyond our windows. Rooted in her connection to nature and the grounding ritual of hiking, these works translate organic rhythm into bold, graphic compositions. Characterized by vibrant color palettes and sharply defined edges, the prints embody Culver’s signature balance of energy, clarity, and expressive form. Designed to offer a sense of warmth and visual vitality, the series invites viewers to engage in moments of introspection and comfort. Through these prints, Culver continues her exploration of how graphic abstraction can bring both pleasure and a renewed emotional resonance to the home.
