Hydrosol, also known as floral water, is the byproduct of distilling  essential oils. How do you use it? Simply spray a light mist once on your pillow, once on the underside of your sheets/blankets to help lull you to sleep. Some customers spray it on a cozy blanket while unwinding on the sofa. Others give their winter jacket a light spritz. It also works well in other spaces where you need to remove stress, like your office space, your car, or even for reiki and meditation purposes. Also available in our Be Well Relaxation Box.
