Lavender Daze : Tallow Bar

Tallow and Lard are the original superstars of the soap world and are making a big comeback right now because of eco-responsibility and great skin benefits.  Tallow is what your great grandmothers and their great grandmothers used for homemade soap and body butter! It is gentle and creamy on the skin, giving you a lovely, hard bar of soap. (It’s our favorite bar for shaving too!) This particular bar is a nod to our beautiful trips to Nashville this year: Lavender, Geranium, Rosemary, and Peppermint essential oils and alkanet infused olive oil for the fabulous purple.    made with tallow, olive oil, sodium hydroxide, lavender, geranium, rosemary, and peppermint essential oils, and alkanet   Hand-cut and made in small batches. Each bar is approximately 5 oz in size unless otherwise noted. We recommend cutting your bar in half to prolong the life of your soap. Variations in color occur between batches due to the use of natural colorants.
