Lavender Caramels

Our traditional caramel recipe that slowly caramelizes a variety of dairy products and sugars for a rich, buttery taste and then it is topped with French lavender for a floral sweet treat. This flavor has a cult-like following! This caramel is considered soft bite (so no hard candies here) and also a soft chew (which means no crazy sticking to the teeth), in fact we have many customers comment that this is the only caramel product that doesn’t affect their dental work. INGREDIENTS: sugar (brown and white), evaporated milk, corn syrup, heavy whipping cream, butter, vanilla, lavender Allergen warning: may contain dairy, tree nuts (pecans, almonds, pistachios, cashews), soy and peanuts. Gluten-free kitchen. While there are no peanuts in this recipe, it is all shared equipment, and so anyone with severe peanut allergies should not ingest as peanut oil can spread so easily. As with many of our products, this caramel is available for wholesale. Contact us at wholesale@sugarlovechocolates.com to get more information!
