Lava Stone Aromatherapy Fidget Ring

When spun, this ring encompasses you with the scent of your chosen essential oil.  Lava Stone is an absorbent stone that has been used as a diffuser for essential oils. It only takes a few drops to get a strong scent throughout the day.  Aromatherapy is an alternative health practice that uses the scents from different essential oils to help with physical and mental health. These practices should be used as complements, not replacements, to any treatments you are already using. If you are looking for a mood booster to get you through a busy monday or you are looking for some relaxation as you prepare for a big move, aromatherapy could be a beneficial practice to try out.  The stone itself is black and spongy. It is created when hot lava comes into contact with the cool Earth.  Give this ring a try if you are wanting to improve your focus and concentration throughout the day. Gift this ring to a friend that is getting ready to interview for their dream job.  Because this element is opaque, it has a closed/solid back to provide extra durability.
