Lava Mala

Lava Mala  Mala beads, often called a Japa mala, serve as a powerful tool in spiritual practices across various religions, including Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Shintō. Traditionally consisting of 108 beads, a mala is used to count mantras during meditation or prayer, providing a tangible guide as practitioners focus their minds and spirits. The practice of Japa, which involves the repetition of a mantra, is enhanced by the mala, allowing individuals to immerse themselves deeply in meditation. While similar to the rosaries used in Christianity, the mala holds unique significance in each tradition, symbolizing unity, spiritual growth, and a connection to the divine.
