Imagine our double dark cookies made bigger and stuffed with chocolate ganache - these are a chocolate lovers dream. Seriously. 3-4" cookie size Ingredients: GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), butter, organic sugar, chocolate chips (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, cocoa solids 52%), cocoa, molasses, vanilla, salt, baking soda, eggs. Ganache: chocolate chips and cream. CONTAINS: dairy, eggs, soy Storage: Like most gf cookies - these are best if eaten in the first 1-2 days. If you want to tuck them away for another day, store them in the freezer in a ziplock type bag. Like all of our cookies these freeze really well. When we take them home, if we don't plan to eat them in a day or two, we freezer them right away. (actual photo coming soon...I just have to stop eating them long enough to take a picture).
