Laughter Means You're Alive (eBook)

This book is a collection of stories and poems by students in 826NYC's Write After School and Write Away Workshops programs. Young writers from ages 6-18 wrote poems inspired by Maya Angelou & Alvin Ailey, created unforgettable characters, and imagined the worlds of tomorrow! Laughter Means You're Alive will make you laugh and cry from original work written by Brooklyn's most creative and curious young authors. Proceeds from the sale of this book benefit 826NYC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students, ages six to eighteen, with their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write.
