Lassi Cup Candle

Once used to serve a traditional yogurt drink, these patinated silver and brass lassi cups were gathered from markets across India. Their etched, timeworn surfaces tell stories of place and ritual—each one unique, each one handpicked. They were among the first vintage treasures I brought home from early buying trips, and on a whim, I filled a small batch with wax and fragrance. The Lassi Cup Candle was born—and quickly became an enduring CB favorite. Each vintage cup is hand-poured by a local candlemaker in a few carefully chosen scents. Once the candle has burned through, give the cup yet another life as a vase, pen holder, jewelry catchall, or simply a beautiful found object.   16 oz. | Approx. 7" H Vintage cups vary in size, patina, and detailing. Due to age and wear, they have not been food-tested for safety.   Rose & Oud Rose and smoky oud mingle with incense, black tobacco, and patchouli. Deep, warm, and quietly seductive. Marseilles Fig Ripe Tuscan fig layered with fresh ginger, basil, and vetiver. Green, earthy, and beautifully fresh. 1907 The scent of The Plaza. Fresh-cut gardenia opens green and dewy before unfolding into rich, heady blossoms and cool garden leaves. Luminous, elegant, and unmistakably New York. Rose de Sel Salt and bloom. Soft rosewater and green geranium give way to salted amber and white woods, with a whisper of sea salt running throughout. Floral, warm, and just a little wild.
