Our VLC Lash Primer maximizes the adhesive bonding and retention rate of lashes by efficiently removing natural oils, dirt, and debris. If you are experiencing retention issues, be sure to use this prior to your application. How to use: Apply the primer about 1mm away from the lash line all the way to the tip until lashes have been adequately primed. Do this before full set lash appointments for optimum retention results.
