The color of this Larimar is outstanding! it is uncommon to find this stone in such quality. Larimar is a rare, blue variety of the mineral pectolite, found exclusively in the Dominican Republic, known for its ocean-like patterns of light sky blue to deep turquoise with white marbling, named for the sea ("mar") and the discoverer's daughter, Larissa. It's valued as a gemstone for jewelry, prized for its unique coloring and silky luster. This ring measures a size 6.25 US . Please contact me if you have any questions about the sizing! I may be able to stretch it up to one size larger. Larimar possess calming, healing energies, particularly for communication and the throat chakra. I take great pride in my curated stone collection. The gems I use in my jewelry are ethically sourced. No two are exactly alike! In addition to these variations, inclusions and irregularities are not flaws but rather a reflection of nature’s beauty.
