Large Share Meat Program

The monthly meat program is built to save you money - you are investing in a quarter, half or full share, but receive the cuts monthly, instead of all at once.  Large distributions are built for families of 5+ people and contain approximately 17-24 lbs of meat. The weights of the boxes vary based on the actual value of the items included each month (for instance, if we include filet mignon, the overall weight of the box will be less than if it contains more ground beef). Beef Only The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.) and ground beef. Beef & Chicken Combo The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.), ground beef and a combo of miscellaneous chicken cuts and whole birds. Beef, Chicken & Lamb Combo  The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.), ground beef, assorted lamb cuts a combo of miscellaneous chicken cuts and whole birds.
