Large Processing Kit (Quail)

The Large Quail Processing Kit by Hatching Time offers quail farmers, homesteaders, and small-scale processors a complete solution for clean, humane, and efficient bird processing. Whether you're handling seasonal harvests or regular processing, this kit is engineered for speed, safety, and sanitation. At the core of this bundle is the Rotating Stand - Quail - 14 Kill Cones, designed for high-throughput operations. Its smooth rotating head holds 14 ABS Plastic cones, allowing you to dispatch multiple birds in succession without repositioning the stand. A built-in drip tray collects waste below, minimizing mess and maintaining hygiene. Next is the Quail Feather Plucker, built with a recycled ABS Plastic drum and equipped with 216 natural rubber fingers. This machine is capable of plucking 4–6 quail in just 20–30 seconds, delivering clean results while preserving skin quality. It also features a feather chute for fast disposal and easy post-processing cleanup. To ensure consistent feather release, the kit includes the Stainless Steel Poultry Scalder with Manual Dunker – 16 Gal. The 16-gallon tank heats water to precise temperatures for efficient scalding, while the manual dunker gives you total control over immersion. Its fully stainless steel construction ensures long-term durability and easy sanitation. Perfect for outdoor or farm use, this setup delivers professional-grade performance for small to medium flocks—without the size or cost of commercial systems.
