Lapis Lazuli and 18K Gold Signet ICHTHUS Ring

A timeless expression of faith, identity, and quiet strength, the Ichthus Signet Ring is a piece of profound symbolism rendered in refined materials. Handcrafted in solid 18K gold, this signet ring features a polished disc of deep blue lapis lazuli, delicately engraved with the ancient Ichthus symbol. The lapis lazuli stone—revered for centuries as a stone of wisdom, truth, and spiritual insight—forms a rich, celestial backdrop. Its natural ultramarine tones, subtly flecked with golden pyrite, evoke the vastness of the night sky, lending depth and meaning to the design. At its center lies the Ichthus, or “fish” symbol, one of the earliest and most enduring emblems of Christianity. Dating back to the early Christian era, the Ichthus served as a discreet sign of faith among believers. The word itself is an acronym in Greek—Iēsous Christos Theou Yios Sōtēr—meaning “Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior.” Today, it continues to represent devotion, guidance, and spiritual connection. The smooth, substantial gold band frames the engraved stone with understated elegance, creating a balanced composition that is both modern and deeply rooted in tradition. Designed as a contemporary signet, this ring carries meaning beyond adornment—serving as a personal emblem of belief and identity.
