Lamson Speedster S HD Large-Arbor Fly Reel

Lamson Speedster S HD The Lamson Speedster S HD takes the high-octane performance of the Speedster S and raises the stakes with a full-cage design built for demanding conditions. Following the lead of the heavy-duty Guru S HD, the full-cage construction captures line without failure—the definitive solution for thin-diameter running lines that are prone to escaping through spool/line-guard gaps. Like the standard Speedster S, the HD version features a taller and narrower format compared to other reels in the Lamson lineup, delivering an ultra-high retrieve rate that keeps you connected to the fight. An enhanced spool machining technique focuses material only where it's needed, making the Speedster S HD significantly lighter and higher performing than its predecessor—without sacrificing the heavy-duty, full-frame construction that defines it. The result is a reel that's as refined as it is rugged: maintenance-free drag, exceptional line control, and the confidence to handle whatever the water throws at you. Available in Battleship. Speedster S HD Spools also fit non-HD Speedster S Reels.
