Lakeland - House Plan

This classic 3 bedroom ranch plan is a great second home or weekend getaway house. A side entry at the rear offers direct access through a small mud room and the laundry room and into the kitchen. The luxurious kitchen features two sit-in islands and a sliding glass door out to the spacious rear deck. Large windows above the doors on either end of the kitchen and living room allow lots of light into the partially vaulted space (12'-4" ceilings on living room and kitchen).  On the left side of the plan, two bedrooms share a full sized bathroom. On the right side of the plan, the primary bed suite enjoys a huge bedroom with door access to the rear porch, a large walk-in wardrobe and a stunning en-suite bathroom.
