The typicality of Barbaresco Cà Grossa is expressed in the elegance and finesse of the nose and palate. Expression of a marly soil with 15% of very fine sand, it has a ruby red color with soft garnet shades. Very fine on the nose, balanced and complex, with olfactory sensations of ripe red fruit, spices and violets. Enveloping tannins, excellent length on the palate. A graceful and balanced wine that, rather than muscles, loves to show the incredible complexity of its aromatic profile, bestowed on it by the fresh microclimate and partly sandy soils of the Cà Grossa Estate. Complex, never “complicated”. Only 2500 bottles produced.
