La Riviere House Plan

Arched windows and elegant dormers set off a rich blend of clapboard, stucco and stone in the La Riviere home plan. This is a New World villa, and it establishes a sense of the French tradition. Varied rooflines accentuate the timeless appeal of the blended elevation. This speaks to a style that's meant for today's neighborhoods. An open arrangement of the public zone secures panoramic views within the formal spaces. The kitchen of the La Riviere plan is open to the dining room and breakfast nook. This is the perfect open concept feel that is so desirable today. The kitchen has a large walk in pantry. It has plenty of room for canned goods and other dry goods. There is a center island that provides additional counter space. The fireplace in the leisure room heats up the entire area including the dining room and kitchen. The living room of the La Riviere boasts a sense of nature ranted through a two-story bow window. It is framed by bay windows in the morning nook and the sitting area of the master suite. The cozy fireplace in the living room heats up the entire room that is open to above. The master bedroom has a separate sitting area that looks out to the rear lanai. There are two large walk in closets for clothes and shoes. A lavish garden bath in the owners' retreat echoes the outdoors-in theme found throughout the home. On the upper level of the La Riviere plan is a spacious computer loft that links the family's sleeping quarters with a guest suite and a step-down bonus room. The La Riviere floor plan is designed with 3988 square feet of living area. It has four bedrooms and four and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is a slab/stem wall.
