Large Animal Kelp Chips, 25 lbs.

Our kelp chips are longer pieces of seaweed that will not fall to the bottom of your grain bins. Therefore, there is less waste and less dust. Our feed-grade seaweed is quality controlled. We harvest our own seaweed, so we carefully select the seaweed for our animal products from the outer islands, away from ocean traffic, and it is then naturally sun dried on screened tables. Seaweed is considered preventative care. Healthy animals require a balanced diet, including many vitamins and minerals not found in today’s forages and feeds. Seaweed (or kelp) is a valuable renewable resource for animal health. Kelp concentrates the nutritious minerals dissolved in the ocean water into a complex natural food supplement containing over 60 vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and amino acids in a readily available form. Use our Kelp Chips as a natural feed additive, or as a cattle and horse supplement.
