La Jolla Rough

Built to the specifications of our touring professional Julia Polo, the La Jolla Rough is a high-performance evolution of our flagship—refined for players who want power with added control. This racquet maintains the signature diamond shape, hard EVA core, and 12K carbon fiber face that define La Jolla’s explosive performance, but introduces a slightly lighter weight and lower balance for enhanced maneuverability and precision. The addition of a rough sand-textured surface delivers increased ball grip, allowing for greater spin, touch, and control on every shot. The elevated sweet spot still provides effortless power on attacking shots, while the refined balance gives players more confidence in fast exchanges and defensive play. The result is a more controlled, all-court weapon—built for advanced players who want nothing left to desire.
