SIC Kunalu 7'6 x 19" 105L Foil Board

The KUNALU is our most high-performance foilboard yet, designed by downwind foilboard specialist Mark Raaphorst. First introduced in 2005, the KUNALU name has a long history with SIC and is now reborn into the modern era of downwind SUP foiling. Its flat bottom with a tail wedge offers exceptional initial stability, while the increased volume towards the tail ensures steady rides. The thinned-out nose reduces swing rate for more agile movements, while the deck design prevents rail catching during sharp turns for a smooth and responsive ride. The forward foil track placement gives the sensation of a shorter board, enhancing control and maneuverability for an even better riding experience. The 5/8 contoured deck provides Paddlers with an accurate sense of the outside edge, while the balanced front and rear thickness creates a steady ride with equal leg pressure for longer foil flights. The elongated, pointed shape with a front center-wide point increases hull speed for effortless takeoffs and decreases drag during high-speed touchdowns. Constructed using our cutting-edge Super Fly Lite (SFL) technology, the KUNALU features a custom carbon PVC build with vertical carbon PVC foil tracks and blocks for unrivaled strength and longevity. Its sleek carbon design, accented with vibrant thick rails, highlights the board's high-performance capabilities.
