KSI Technologies ECOCLEAN APF885 Compressed Air Filter 885 CFM, 2-1/2" NPTF

KSI ECOCLEAN APF Standard Filters – Efficiency, Evolved. Ready to filter smarter, not harder? The KSI ECOCLEAN APF Standard Filters are engineered to slash your energy costs while boosting performance across your compressed air system. With threaded connections and cutting-edge deep-bed pleating technology, these filters redefine what it means to be efficient. Say goodbye to high differential pressure and hello to up to 55% less pressure drop—meaning significantly reduced energy demand and serious savings on your utility bill. Thanks to a new generation of pleating machines, tighter pleats, and an advanced filter medium, these filters boast: 250% larger filtration surface than conventional pleated elements 25% greater surface area than traditional deep-bed pleated filters Industry-leading low pressure drop that keeps your operation running lean and clean Whether you're upgrading your air system or building it right from the start, KSI’s APF series filters are the gold standard in performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. ✅ Threaded connections for easy installation ✅ High-density deep-bed pleating for extended life and superior filtration ✅ Best-in-class pressure drop = lower energy costs, longer equipment life Don’t let inefficient filters drain your bottom line. Choose KSI ECOCLEAN APF Filters—the smart choice for clean, dry, and cost-effective compressed air. VF25 – Pre-Filter / Particulate Filter Particle Removal: 25 micron Residual Oil Content: 10 mg/m³ Best For: Removing large solid particles like rust, scale, and pipe debris First stage filtration in multi-stage systems Protects downstream filters from premature clogging Use Case: Ideal as an initial line filter for general industrial air systems, especially where unfiltered air may carry heavy particulate loads. FF5 – General Purpose Filter Particle Removal: 5 micron Residual Oil Content: 5 mg/m³ Best For: Capturing medium-sized particles Pre-filter for more sensitive downstream filters Moderate oil mist removal Use Case: Great for general industrial applications, protecting air tools, valves, and pneumatic equipment that require cleaner air but not oil-free conditions. MFO – Fine Filter Particle Removal: 1 micron Residual Oil Content: Not specified Best For: Removing smaller particulate contaminants Intermediate filtration after VF25 and FF5 Use Case: Often used in applications like paint booths, light manufacturing, or anywhere finer particulate filtration is needed before coalescing or oil vapor filters. MF1 – Coalescing Filter (High Efficiency) Particle Removal: 0.1 micron Residual Oil Content: 0.1 mg/m³ Best For: Fine oil aerosol and submicron particle removal Clean compressed air applications Use Case: Ideal for spray painting, pneumatic instrumentation, or to prep air before sensitive equipment like CNCs or robots. SMA – Ultra-Fine Coalescing Filter / Oil Vapor Removal Particle Removal: 0.01 micron Residual Oil Content: 0.01 mg/m³ Best For: Critical air quality applications Removing oil aerosols and very fine particles Near-oil-free air requirements Use Case: Perfect for pharmaceutical, electronics, food & beverage, and other industries requiring extremely clean compressed air. Suggested Filtration Stages (Example for High-Quality Air Needs): VF25 – Bulk particulate removal FF5 – Fine particulate and oil mist reduction MF1 – Coalescing filter for fine oil and particle removal SMA – Ultra-fine filtration for near-oil-free, extremely clean air
