KRAUTWURST-  An Oktoberfest twist on our Brats- this sausage is loaded with caraway, mustard and local sauerkraut and has a perfect savory tangy taste.  Perfect for your Oktoberfest celebrations.  Sautee with kraut and apples, add into soups or great grilled and served on a bun with a spicy mustard our our onion gravy.
