Kouign Amann

PASTRY   NOTE: Our morning pastries are baked fresh every morning and sell out right away. You can only schedule morning pastries for pickup or delivery on the following day. If you are hoping to receive the order the same day, please remove morning pastries from your cart. Crisp, caramelized layers of buttery pastry create the irresistible texture of our Kouign-Amann — a classic Breton pastry known for its golden exterior and tender, flaky center. Each bite offers a delicate balance of rich butter and lightly caramelized sugar, making it a simple yet indulgent pastry perfect for breakfast or an afternoon treat. Made from scratch and baked fresh in our Spokane Valley bakery, our Kouign-Amann is carefully laminated with butter and sugar to form its signature layers. As it bakes, the sugar caramelizes around the pastry, creating a crisp outer shell while preserving the soft, airy interior that defines this traditional French favorite. Kouign-Amann pastries are available for in-store purchase or online ordering for local pickup at miFLAVOUR.  For best results, this kouign amann should be consumed within 1-2 days.
