Beef Bone Broth, Korean-Style (100% Grass-Fed) [6-Pack]

Inspired by Seolleongtang (설렁탕) and made with 100% grass-fed beef bones. Reclamation Korean-Style Bone Broth is the only shelf-stable broth that jiggles when chilled, just like homemade and naturally rich in collagen. Made with only two ingredients (100% grass-fed beef bones and filtered water), our beef broth is completely unseasoned so you can use it across cuisines and season to your taste. Traditional methods and long cook times draw out collagen and marrow for a depth and natural umami you won't find in other broths. Our beef bone broth has the opaque, milky color signature of this Korean style, with a slight golden hue from the high beta carotene in grass-fed beef. Clean, savory, and gently beefy, this broth is built for braises, stews, and slow-simmered dishes. Use it to build the base of a pot roast, short ribs, or risotto, or swap it in anywhere you'd use water for dramatically more depth. Like all of our broths, it also sips beautifully on its own with salt and aromatics for a nourishing hug in a mug.   100% grass-fed and antibiotic-free. Paleo, Keto, carnivore, low FODMAP, AIP, Weston A. Price, HFLC, gluten-free, dairy-free. All of our grass-fed beef bones are sourced from regional, small-scale farmers committed to sustainability and animal welfare.   How to use Korean-Style Beef Broth: Serve piping hot and salt to taste  Start with 1/4 tsp of coarse sea salt per jar Adjust to taste Optional: Try it with fresh-ground pepper and aromatics like sliced scallions, minced garlic, or grated ginger.
