Korean Maple Soybean paste (950g)

Masterfully Crafted by "Pie-gol Misunssi" Kim Misun: This premium soy sauce paste is the definitive masterpiece of master chef Kim Misun. Utilizing her unique, artisan skills and deep expertise, every jar is developed to perfection to deliver a clean, consistent taste that everyone will love, regardless of age. Infused with Premium Raw Goro-Si (Maple Sap): Instead of using regular water, this traditional doenjang is crafted with precious maple sap (Goro-Si) directly from the clear, deep mountains. This natural sap is rich in natural minerals and inherent sweetness, resulting in an impeccably deep, rich, and naturally savory flavor profile with an undeniable premium texture. Made with Carefully Selected Domestic Soybeans: Utilizing only the finest, top-grade domestic soybeans harvested from the best producing regions in Korea. This meticulous selection ensures the cleanest, most authentic flavor of traditional soybean paste. Advanced Re-Fermentation & Aging System: While ordinary doenjang stops after the first aging process, Goro-Si traditional doenjang undergoes a unique re-fermentation and advanced aging process. This systematic approach ensures that it maintains its complex, original deep flavor from the very beginning. The longer it ages in its jar, the deeper, richer, and more masterfully savory it becomes. Milder Odor, Universally Loved: One of its most distinctive features is its noticeably milder, less overpowering odor compared to regular, mass-produced Korean doenjang. This makes it a perfect premium entry point for children and international customers, making it loved by both children and adults.
