Konstruktio Bench

The Nikari Konstruktio Bench brings bold form and quiet utility together in one elegant piece. Designed by Martti Kalliala, this bench features strong architectural lines softened by natural materials. Made from oak, ash, or birch and paired with soft upholstery, the Konstruktio Bench makes a statement in any space. Whether styled near a modern sofa or placed alongside living room furniture, it adds sculptural impact with everyday function. Because of its refined yet sturdy profile, the Konstruktio Bench fits effortlessly into modern and Scandinavian furniture settings. Use it in a hallway, under ceiling lights, or next to a wall sconce for a balanced look. It also pairs well with a lounge chair, media console, or even teak outdoor furniture. Add a carafe or wine glass nearby for a lived-in, thoughtful touch that blends design with comfort. The team at Nikari brings the Konstruktio Bench to life with a focus on sustainability and craftsmanship. Since 1967, Nikari has created Scandinavian furniture from their riverside workshop in Finland, using responsibly sourced wood and traditional joinery. Their pieces, like this bench, reflect a timeless blend of form and function. With Nikari, you invest in designs that honor both nature and long-lasting quality.
