Koblenz® Accelerator 14" x 20" Rectangular Oscillating Floor Stripping Machine (#SP-15N)

Koblenz 14" x 20" stripping machine (Model SP-15) is an oscillating buffer that can be used on wet or dry surfaces. The powerful 3500 RPM allows for better and faster results while truly excelling in top-coat dry stripping without using chemicals. This machine is versatile and can handle a range of 14" x 20" scrubbing pads, 14" x 20" stripping pads, and 14" x 20" polishing pads to tackle any type of situation thrown at you thanks to the included cast aluminum driver. This machine can also equip different grit sand screens for wood floors like those found in gymnasiums. This Koblenz machine has a heavy-duty, cast iron deck and a handle that limits vibrations, giving you more than enough down pressure for the job while supplying the comfort to allow the user to go for longer periods. With a low amp draw of 9 amps, the motor is also able to run at lower voltages which can be found in older buildings with outdated electrical systems. Be sure to check out the optional accessories to aid you in achieving the best floors possible. This includes a dust control kit for limiting dust during dry stripping, 22-pound weights for additional down pressure, and a replacement isolator kit for when they wear out. The machine is manufactured to handle two additional 22-pound weights on the deck but can be retrofitted with longer bolts to handle up to 4 additional weights. This machine comes with 1 red spacer pad which should be used with thinner pads (like the Eco-Prep maroon strip pads) to protect the floors from the pad driver working its way through the thin pad. For other floor scrubbing options, please take a look at our full line of floor buffers which offer a wide range of sizes and speeds of floor buffers. Very Important: A red spacer pad is recommended for use on this oscillating floor machine. If you attach some of the thinner accessories to the underside of your machine it will damage your floor. The pad driver has many small pins that hold a pad on - without enough padding those pins will score your flooring. Features Eco-friendly machine that is able to strip floors without the use of chemicals. Straight and square edges allow for getting up and close to corners. Easier to operate compared to the traditional rotary floor buffer. Reduced vibration in the handle in comparison to other strippers. Cast iron heavy-weight chassis is made from one piece. 3500 RPM orbital speed creates better and faster results. Rectangular 20" x 14" cast aluminum pad driver plate can hold a variety of pads and screens. Heavy duty chromed handle, 13 gauge steel, 1¼" diameter. 5" non-marking wheels for easy transportation. Safety switch prevents accidental startup. Non-marking full wrap bumper. 5-year warranty on the motor & gearbox, and 1 year on parts.
