Knife-Folio - Charcoal

We are excited to introduce a brand new way to carry your chef knives and accessories. Our Knife-Folio is a portfolio style knife bag that offers the highest level of protection for your blades. Built with heavy duty waxed canvas and premium leather, its minimalist profile is a thing of beauty. The Knife-Folio What makes the Knife-folio unique is the built in leather saya. The saya is constructed with two layers of extra thick leather that you can slide your blades directly in between. The leather really grabs your blades and you can even turn the bag upside down and know that they'll be safe! Other features of the Knife-Folio include: a gusseted zipper pocket great for bulkier items like spatulas, spoons, etc.; a mandolin and notebook sleeve, leather briefcase style handles, and an adjustable leather cross-body strap.    The Knife-Folio is perfect for chefs on the go who value quality over quantity. You won't be able to fit every knife, tool, and gadget that you own, just the necessities, which we think is more than enough. ;)  Knife-Folio Details 11.25 oz waxed canvas extra thick premium leather brass hardware leather saya with 5 slots (see last photo for dimension breakdown) mandolin sleeve gusseted zipper pocket adjustable leather cross body strap leather carrying handles
