Like our Elbow Sleeves, getting the right fit ain’t rocket science and only takes a minute.  Getting the right fit is easy: straighten your leg and measure around the middle of your kneecap then use our Sizing Chart to see your recommended size. For a competition-level of compression, just go one size down. With multiple knee sleeve styles to choose from, you can pick the one that best matches your gym personality.
