You can add replacements from McMaster-Carr or elsewhere for counterboring aluminum and steel. Please see the instructions for assembly, cleaning, and disassembly. This countersink accurately handles everything from tiny #3 brass screws to #16 large socket head cap screws and makes cutting clean holes for plugs super easy. Countersinks and drill bits are consumable, so avoid hitting knots, screws, nails, or anything that can cause breakage to the carbide or drill bit.
