Philadelphia: Women's College of Health and Beauty, (1924). Second edition. 9 x 6 inches. 26,[2]pp. Stapled yellow-tan wrappers printed in black. B&w illustrations. Light toning to wrappers; slight bump to lower corner throughout; light soiling to first page of text and slightly to a few scattered pages. Good. The third booklet in a series of ten on "Beauty - Health - Charm", first published in 1921 by Industrial Correspondence University. Focuses on "healthy reduction" through diet and exercise, with numerous illustrations of simple exercises, followed by a section on "fattening" and "building-up" through muscle-building exercises, diet, and managing stress and worry. Not located in OCLC in either edition; we note only three holdings for single titles of other books in the series.
