kLite "USB Always On" Wire Loom (Current / 30 Series) - SON or Shimano / SP Hub Interface

If you're looking to replace your current 30 series kLite wiring loom, you've come to the right place.       This device is the heart of the kLite system, securely connecting your dynamo hub to the kLite ULTRA V2 lamp and dual USB charger, and including a handlebar, stem, or frame mounted lamp toggle switch. No more fiddly DIY wiring solutions that break down during your first rainstorm / hailstorm / snowfield / Bannock Road / New Mexico mud situation / river crossing / etc.  The kLite wiring harness is ruggedized and designed for just these types of conditions. Ships with 4 zip ties for the mount. The pro / race wiring harness is configured to keep the USB unit "always on" regardless of the position of the switch; the switch simply toggles the light on and off. This allows you to keep power to key devices like your trail GPS during night riding sessions and during the day, channel 100% of your dynamo power to charging devices through the USB charger.   Select the loom based on your type of dynamo hub - SON or Shimano / Shutter Precision.  Produced in Australia with a two year warranty. Standard lengths: Switch to dynamo: 31 inches Switch to USB: 16 inches Switch to Lamp: 8 inches—note that the ULTRA lamp has a connection that is 12 inches long Do not use dielectric terminal grease on the yellow end connectors of the kLite system - these are waterproof by design and the use of dielectric grease here will make the kLite friction-fit connectors vibrate loose on the trail.   If you need a custom length, please email us at jefe@jefe.bike with your details and we’ll quote you a price and timeline.  An application note:  If you're planning to use your new kLite wiring loom with existing kLite lamps or USB chargers, please look over the connector pictures and compare them to the ones you're replacing.  kLite made a running change in its wiring loom connection systems to enhance connection security and water protection; this change improved system longevity significantly.   if you have older (60 series - Bikepacker Pro and Bikepacker ULTRA v1) lamp and need a replacement wire loom, select the older style (60 series) replacement. If you have an older (60 series) style loom and need a new lamp or USB charger, select a current model accessory and a 30 series to 60 series adapter. If after reviewing the pictures, you're not sure about compatibility, shoot us a picture of your current wire loom situation to jefe@jefe.bike and we'll help assess compatibility.
