Kit, Wool - Sewing Scalloped Mat by Buttermilk Basin

Stitch a Little Joy into Every Corner of Your Sewing Space Every stitcher needs a little spot of happiness to brighten her sewing table — something that makes her smile as much as her favorite pair of Gingher scissors or her trusty Featherweight. This charming scalloped wool mat, designed by Buttermilk Basin, brings all the warmth of a cozy sewing afternoon into one darling display. Adorned with spools of thread, a vintage sewing machine, button jars, scissors, and even a little pincushion, each appliqué feels like a page from your own sewing story. Whether you set it under a sweet stack of fat quarters, use it to display your button collection, or let it frame your favorite vintage iron, it turns an ordinary corner of your sewing room into a little work of art. You’ll love how it sparks memories — the first quilt you finished, the sound of Grandma’s machine humming, or that happy afternoon you spent reorganizing your sewing notions “just so.” And when friends pop in for coffee and stitching, they’ll spot it immediately… and want to know where you found it. Because a sewing room should feel like yours — full of the tools, textures, and touches that make you want to sit down and sew “just one more block.” Make-It-Yourself Mat Kit The Sewing Scalloped Mat is a wonderful design to adorn your sewing room, or any room of your home.
