King of Silver Needles White Tea Blend (Bai Hao Yin Zhen)

King of Silver Needles (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) Delicate, elegant, and naturally sweet—King of Silver Needles, also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, is the highest grade of white tea available from Sipping Streams. This rare tea is made exclusively from young, unopened buds that are handpicked in early spring to preserve their freshness and purity. Known as Silver Needles for their slender, silvery-white appearance, these buds brew into a pale yellow liquor with a fresh, vegetal taste reminiscent of bok choy and spinach, and a silky-smooth texture. It’s the sweetest white tea herbal blend we offer—no sugar needed. Even more special, the flavor evolves beautifully with each steep, becoming sweeter and more nuanced after the first infusion. You can enjoy up to 4 steeps from a single serving.
