Kingfield - House Plan

The Kingfield is a cozy two bedroom farmhouse ranch plan with front and rear porches and stunning vaulted kitchen and dining room.  Vaulted front and rear porches offer an inviting space for entertaining guests and enjoying the outdoors.  A highly efficient layout makes the best use of the living space without sacrificing comfort or privacy. On one side of the foyer the mud/laundry room connects to the garage. Opposite, the foyer opens directly into the open concept living space.  The efficient, yet luxurious kitchen faces the front porch and features natural lighting, a vaulted ceiling, sit-in island and pantry cupboard space. The living room features lots of windows for natural lighting, a fireplace and optional faux wood beams that add character to the ceiling. Down the hall, the secondary bedroom shares a bathroom with the main living space. The primary bed suite features a large reach-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
