King Electric Ceramic Core Baseboard Heater 240V

The King Electric Ceramic Core Baseboard Heaters are designed to provide years of efficient, reliable operation as either primary or supplementary heating for a variety of spaces. Made in the USA. These quiet-running heaters use natural convection to disperse warmth and are available in three voltage options, making them an ideal choice for homes and office, as well as commercial applications. Efficient Heating The high mass ceramic element of this King Electric baseboard heater provides thermal storage from the ceramic core and higher efficiency heat transfer from the oversized aluminum fins. The ceramic core heats up slowly, dissipating heat during the off cycle. This results in gentle heating with reduced temperature swings and fewer on/off cycles, plus greater energy efficiency. When combined with a programmable thermostat, using this heater can result in optimum savings of up to 25%. The temperature can be lowered automatically at night during sleep hours and also during times you’re away. Safe Operation The King Electric CB baseboard heaters operate at a lower surface temperature and reduced watt density, with the most intense heat stored in the ceramic core. This makes it a great alternative to standard water- or oil-filled baseboard heaters which could leak under the high pressure created during operation. In addition, a sensor provides automatic thermal cutout if an over-temperature condition occurs, resetting when normal temperature returns. Fast Installation This ceramic core baseboard heater is easy to install, with identical junction boxes with knockouts in the rear, side, and bottom, so it can be wired from either end. Install a single pole or double pole on-board thermostat or wire to a programmable remote thermostat. Additional Features Ceramic Core Element: This consists of aluminum fins, high dielectric ceramic insulator, and coiled nichrome wire element. Wiring is encased in fiberglass sleeving. Durable Exterior: A baked enamel finish is bright white to fit any décor. Quiet Operation: Expansion noise is eliminated by welding the junction boxes and element hangers to the baseboard case. 22-guage steel strengthens across the entire length of the unit. Safety Certifications: cUL listed Made at Home: These King Electric heaters are proudly made in the USA. Summary King Electric Ceramic Core CB Baseboard Heaters are ideal for either primary or supplemental heating. Rugged baked enamel exterior and ceramic core heating element make them durable, reliable, and energy-efficient.
